ingredients
- two chicken thighs skin on
- one red pepper
- one red onion
- cherry tomatoes
- chickpeas
- kimchi
- miso paste
- fermented garlic cloves in honey
method
Ask butcher nicely, two thighs from a chicken.
For a few minutes, chicken thighs in a hot pan, turning frequently, browned on both sides.
Deseed red pepper, tear into prices, Quarter red onion
Add chicken thighs to the roasting tray.
Add red pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas to the chicken.
