My usual method of making iced mango lassi
- half an over ripe mango
- half a dozen dessert spoons Greek yogurt
- top up with milk
Blitz in a blender, serve with ice in an ice cold glass.
A variant, if no yoghurt or milk, top up with kefir.
A variant today using blackberries, blueberries and a slice of Galia melon.
- half overripe mango
- handful blackberries
- handful of blue berries
- top up with kefir
- slice of Galia melon
- drizzle of extra virgin cold pressed Italian olive oil
- squirt of Agave syrup
- season pink Himalayan salt
- season with ground black pepper
Equal portions of blackberries and blueberries to mango.
A twist of the salt and pepper pots. We season food, why not drinks?
Blitz. Serve with two large ice cubes in a chilled glass. Enjoy.

Using kefir provides about the same consistency as yoghurt and milk.
Try Tims fake Greek kefir, will produce a dessert like consistency.
