Cappuccino and cold brew at The Underdog

I have never before seen The Underdog so empty.

Served by brother of world latte art Michalis Karagiannis. We last met at The Manor House.

He has moved to The Underdog to learn under their baristas.

Exceellent cappuccino. I complimented him that he had much improved since last year at Manor Hopuse.

Down below and another barista practicing latte art for World Championship in Berlin in June. He is being mentored by Michalis Karagiannis.

Excellent cappuccino but the same could not be said of the cold brew. Odd, as I usually look forard to tehir cold brew.

Maybe I am wrong, but I am sure before cold brew served in glass bottle and larger size. The ice cube was different too, a white frosted exterior.
