End of an era

Downing Street greengrocer

Very sad to see the greengrocer in Downing Street closing today.

It has been a family business for generatons, a traditional greengrocer.

It is closing as Downing Street picks up, two coffee shops  opened early in the year and last week a deli opened.

It is a pity the greengrocer who has decided to call it a day and retire has not found someone to carry on the business.
