A month ago, it was Friday, which meant I could find something to eat on South Bank street food market (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
Spoilt for choice, and reasonable choice.
Walk across Hungerford Bridge, through Embankment Gardens, up through Covent Garden and head for The Black Penny, a little coffee shop. Coffee ok, but not good.
I passed Food for Thought on the way, very sad to see empty, an excellent restaurant driven out of business by a greedy grasping property developer.
To the British Museum to The Parthenon Galleries see the exhibits looted by Lord Elgin from Athens.
Then on to Methodist Central Hall for Yanis Varoufakis on conversation with Paul Mason.
