I looked in Hotel Costa Vella where I would have stayed. I had a chat with the architect.

He explained they were using materials that matched the house.

I had learnt earllier that Paulo Coelho had stayed at the hotel.

Final destination for pilgrims walking El Camino de Santiago is Santiago de Compostela.
