Misty midday in Heighington

Heighington Hall

Heighington Hall

Cold and misty.

Heighington is a village of stone cottages, narrow lanes, lined by stone walls, with tiles on the walls.

Located near Washingborough, not far from Lincoln.

The butcher in Heighington is famous for his Lincolnshire sausages. Excellent pork pies too.
