Afternoon in Guildford

Tomm Blackwood

Guildford is slowly slowly acquiring as Brighton a reputation for live music on the street.

A couple of guys playing in the High Street who I encountered a couple of weeks ago. At least this time, I remembered who they were, Tomm Blackwood. Look out for a release on bandcamp.

It is that time of year, stalls in the High Street selling overpriced tat, otherwise known as Guildford Craft Fair.

As always on a Friday, excellent lunch at Guildford Institute.

SAOS, not to be confused with SOAS, have art exhibition, artists in residence, at the Guildford Institute.

Exhibition Illustrators at Guildford House is a must. If only for an Italians Folio edition of Eugene Onegin.

Also worth looking at, the art exhibition in Harris + Hoole.
