Only You, Karina Vismara live at Dilute Studios.
I saw Karina Vismar perform live at Staycation Live at the weekend, a free festival in Godalming. A wonderful voice. A very moving performance of the Kinks classic Waterloo Sunset.
At Staycation Live we had a chat and I picked up her album Karina Vismara, which I have not yet had time to listen to. Karina Vismara comes in a handmade denim pouch. Interesting though totally impractical.
Synchronicty: On Saturday I saw Karina Vismar sing Waterloo Sunset at Staycation Live; Sunday morning working in the garden, I popped in the house, switched on the radio and Waterloo Sunset was the choice being played on on Desert Island Discs; Sunday night at the London 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony Ray Davies sang Waterloo Sunset!
