Julie Kember @ The Barn
The Barn is a cultural space in Farnham. It quite literally is a barn, hidden in a courtyard. Blink as you walk by and you will miss it.
The Barn hosts art exhibitions, live music, serves drink and food.
It was at The Barn I met artist and singer-songwriter Julie Kember.
She told me she had a single out. I asked why not an album?
A single is ok, but only if you follow what Imogen Heap has done with Heapsongs. An album in progress, each heapsong has its own micro-website, a story to tell, added value with artwork and a video.
Would you like to see my artwork? I consented and Julie showed me what she had been exhibiting at the The Barn.
