Jeff Beck played in The Yardbirds. The other two were Jimmy Page (who went on to form Led Zeppelin) and Eric Clapton.

The Jeff Beck Group, featured Rod Stewart on vocals, Ronnie Wood on bass.

Jeff Beck was awarded an honorary doctorate from University of Sussex for ‘an outstanding musical career’.
