Like the flowing river

Stunning photography!

Like the Flowing River was the first Paulo Coelho book I read. A collection of vignettes. Paulo Coelho’s thoughts and reflections on life and the meaning of life.

I was sat outside the White House pub on the banks of the River Wey in Guildford. I got chatting to a lovely girl from Lithuania who was engrossed in The Zahir. She was my introduction to Paulo Coelho. [see Synchronicity and Paulo Coelho]

Many thanks to Jane Stewart for finding this video.

Glad you enjoy too, exhilarating to watch! Your first book by Paulo Coelho, so it would be very special. And now is calling to me. Wonder if I will find it in a bookshop on the way to Spain!
When I see Guildford in your posts, reminds me of your city and also, guilding work. I learned how to do it for framing, and the work was tedious, precise, and fun. Wonder if a similiar process was used in order to illuminate manuscripts many years ago.
I wonder how they were able to capture some of these moments! (magic!)

    Thankyou Keith, Love,
    Jane
